Approve the enclosed changes which are made to Rules of maintaining the State register of the control and cash equipment, and also requirements to its structure and the scope of information approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 23, 2007 N 39 (The Russian Federation Code, 2007, N 5, by Art. 664; 2008, N 24, Art. 2869).

Appendix

Changes which are made to Rules of maintaining the State register of the control and cash equipment, and also requirements to its structure and the scope of information

1. Paragraphs two, the third and sixth the subitem "v" of Item 8 to recognize invalid.

2. Add with Item 8.1. following content:

"8.1. The Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation receives the following information about the supplier:

from the Federal Tax Service - the information about the legal entity containing in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities or the information about the individual entrepreneur containing in the Unified State Register of Private Entrepreneurs;

from Federal Agency for Technical Regulation and Metrology - data on the certificate of conformity of the provided sample of model of the control and cash equipment to the requirements for electric safety and electromagnetic compatibility established by the legislation of the Russian Federation regarding safety of operation of devices and the equipment.

The specified documents can be submitted by the supplier. Non-presentation of the specified documents by the supplier is not the basis for refusal in consideration of the application.
