About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning functioning of accumulative and mortgage system of housing providing the military personnel

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning functioning of accumulative and mortgage system of housing providing the military personnel.

2. To the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation, federal executive bodies in which the Federal Law provides military service to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.

Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning functioning of accumulative and mortgage system of housing providing the military personnel

1. In Rules of forming and maintaining the register of participants of accumulative and mortgage system of housing providing the military personnel with the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation, federal executive bodies in which the Federal Law provides military service, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 21, 2005 N 89 (The Russian Federation Code, 2005, N 9, Art. 720; 2008, N 20, Art. 2368):

a) to add Item 1 after the words "About Accumulative and Mortgage System of Housing Providing the Military Personnel" with words "(further - the Federal Law)";

b) add Item 12 with subitems 15 and 16 of the following content:

"15) for the military personnel who enlisted in voluntary procedure from inventory if they were excluded from the register of participants and did not receive payment of the money specified in Item 3 of part 1 of article 4 of the Federal Law or did not use the right to become participants, - the conclusion of the new contract on passing of military service;
