1. Approve the enclosed Standard rules of general water use.

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days from the date of the first official publication.

Standard rules of general water use

1. These Standard rules of general water use (further - Rules) are developed according to the subitem 18) of article 36 of the Water code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 9, 2003.

2. Use of water objects belongs to general water use:

1) in case of water intake from superficial sources without use of technical means;

2) in the recreational purposes, mass rest, tourism and the sports purposes, except for the water objects constituting potential mudstone danger;

3) for navigation and use of small size vessels;

4) for cattle watering place.

General water use is performed both on water common use facilities, and on the water objects which are not consisting in general use and does not require availability of special permission.
