Rules of primary accounting of waters

1. General provisions

1. These rules of primary accounting of waters (further - Rules) are developed according to the subitem 20) of article 36 of the Water code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 9, 2003 and determine procedure for primary accounting of waters.

2. In these rules the following concepts are used:

primary accounting of waters (further - PUV) - measurement, processing and registration of amounts of intake of surface and underground water and (or) dumpings of waters into water objects (account and receipt part of water management balance) which are performed by water users;

primary water user - physical person or legal entity, the waters which are carrying out intake directly from water objects for satisfaction of own needs or its delivery for secondary water users;

water intaking construction - complex of constructions and devices for water intake from water objects;
