The government of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan which are referred to as further with the Parties

recognizing importance of development of the international air traffics,

proceeding from opportunities of the existing means and services of air traffic control,

being guided by standards and recommendations of International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO),

agreed as follows:

Article 1

Competent authorities of the parties in questions of accomplishment of this agreement are:

concerning the Kyrgyz Republic - the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic,

concerning the Republic of Kazakhstan - the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In case of change of the official name of competent authorities, the Parties without delay will notify on this each other.

Article 2

The Republic of Kazakhstan transfers, without damage to the national sovereignty, responsibility for the organization and air traffic control to competent authorities of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- for the purpose of accomplishment of maneuvers when flying around airfield Bishkek (Manas), in airspace over the area limited to geographical coordinates:

43 02 34 сш 073 36 02 вд, 43 34 20 сш 073 54 29 вд, 43 22 18 сш 075 07 15 вд, 42 50 00 сш 075 18 00 вд, further on frontier of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Kyrgyz Republic to t. with coordinates 43 02 34 сш 073 36 02 вд, at the heights from 0 to 6000 m inclusive;

- for the purpose of air traffic control on the airways passing through the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan in airspace over the area limited to geographical coordinates:

42 40 00 сш 072 35 00 вд, 42 47 49 сш 073 30 30 вд, further on frontier of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Kyrgyz Republic to t. with coordinates: 42 40 00 сш 072 35 00 вд, at the heights from 0 to 12100 m.
