About modification of article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "About conscription and military service"

The decision on creation, reorganization and liquidation of military educational units is accepted by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on the representation of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine approved with the central executive bodies to which higher educational institutions are subordinated".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of its publication.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in three-months time from the date of the introduction in operation of this Law to bring the normative legal acts into accord with this Law.
