According to the Regulations on the Public registration service of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 06.04.2011 No. 401, and Rules of putting down of apostille on official documents, held for use in the territory of other states, approved by the order of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of 05.12.2003 No. 237/803/151/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 12.12.2003 for No. 1151/8472, I ORDER:
1. Determine that in the Public registration service:
the term of consideration of documents on state registration of the acts of civil status submitted for putting down of apostille including on which putting down of mark by head departments of justice of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and in the city of Sevastopol in connection with temporary occupation of the territory of Ukraine is impossible, - one working day.
In case of disease, dismissal, long-term leave of employees of department of putting down of apostille of Department of civil status the term of consideration of documents on state registration of acts of civil status - up to three working days.
