1. Approve the Procedure for the organization of conducting special verification of data concerning persons who apply for holding the posts of the functions of the state or local self-government connected with accomplishment it (is applied).
2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in two-month time:
provide the acts and provide reduction by the ministries and other central executive bodies of their normative legal acts in compliance with this Decree;
provide offers concerning entering into acts of the President of Ukraine of the changes following from this Decree.
3. Recognize invalid:
The presidential decree of Ukraine of November 19, 2001 No. 1098 "About obligatory special verification of the data represented candidates for holding the posts of government employees";
