About determination of Rules of declaring to customs authorities of the separate types of goods imported into the Russian Federation from the territories of state members of the Customs union within EurAsEC

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of declaring to customs authorities of the separate types of goods imported into the Russian Federation from the territories of state members of the Customs union within EurAsEC.
2. This resolution becomes effective after 30 days after day of its official publication.

1. The goods imported into the Russian Federation from the territories of gosudarstvchlen of the Customs union within EurAsEC (further - the Customs union), are subject to declaring to customs authorities according to part 6 of article 217 of the Federal law "About Customs Regulation in the Russian Federation" (further - the Law) in the following cases:
a) if in case of release for internal consumption of these goods in the territory of state member of the Customs union import customs duties were paid at the rates which sizes are lower, than those which are applied in the Russian Federation;
