About entering of amendment and changes into Regulations on requirements to diagnostic stations

Based on subitem 5.9 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 985 "Questions of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus", the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Regulations on requirements to diagnostic stations approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus of August 24, 2009 No. 73 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 214, 8/21404), the following amendments and changes:

1.1. add Item 17 with part four of the following content:

"The rooms of DS used for carrying out state checkup of TS and registration of its results are equipped with systems of video surveillance.";

1.2. in Item 28 of the word "shall be replaced with words Beltekhosmotr Unitary Enterprise "the republican unitary service enterprise "Beltekhosmotr" (further - Beltekhosmotr Unitary Enterprise)";

1.3. in Item 29 of the word "the republican unitary service enterprise "Beltekhosmotr" (further - Beltekhosmotr Unitary Enterprise)" shall be replaced with words "Beltekhosmotr Unitary Enterprise;
