1. Bring in the Regulations on assistance to the unemployed in the organization of business activity, activities for rendering services in the field of agroecotourism, craft activity approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 7, 2008 No. 342 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 66, 5/27288; 2010, No. 80, 5/31529), following amendments and change:
1.1. in Item 5:
after part two to add Item with part of the following content:
"Under the organization by the unemployed of the business activity connected with implementation of results of research and development (objects of the right of industrial property - the invention, useful model, industrial design, grade of plant, topology of integral chip), the subsidy is provided in the amount of the 20-fold size of the budget of the subsistence minimum operating for date of the conclusion with bodies for work, employment and social protection with the unemployed of the agreement on provision of subsidy.";
third to consider part part four;
1.2. add Item 9 with part two of the following content:
"Under the organization of the business activity connected with implementation of results of research and development (objects of the right of industrial property - the invention, useful model, industrial design, grade of plant, topology of integral chip), in addition the unemployed submits one of the following documents certifying the right to use such object to bodies for work, employment and social protection for the place of the registration:
the security document on object of the right of industrial property (the patent or the certificate);
