Add the Rules of decision making about the conclusion of long-term public (municipal) contracts on performance of works (rendering services) with long production cycle approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 29, 2007 No. 978 (The Russian Federation Code, 2008, No. 2, Art. 102; 2009, No. 20, Art. 2468), Item of 41 following contents:

"41. The state customer has the right to sign long-term public contracts on performance of works on content of highways public of federal importance and artificial constructions on them for the term exceeding effective period of the approved limits of budget obligations on the specified purposes on condition of not excess of annual limiting amount of the means provided on payment of such public contracts outside planning period over the maximum annual amount of limits of the budget obligations approved on repair and content of highways public of federal importance and artificial constructions on them within the current financial year and planning period.".
