1. Accept government proposal of the Russian Federation about reorganization of the federal state unitary enterprise "The State Scientific Center of the Russian Federation — Institute of Theoretical and Experimental Physics" (Moscow) and the federal state unitary enterprise "The State Scientific Center of the Russian Federation — Institute of High Energy Physics" (Protvino of the Moscow region) in the form of their transformation respectively to federal state budgetary institution "The State Scientific Center of the Russian Federation — Institute of Theoretical and Experimental Physics" and federal state budgetary institution "The State Scientific Center of the Russian Federation — Institute of High Energy Physics".

2. a) provide in accordance with the established procedure holding the actions directed to implementation of this Decree;

b) bring the acts into accord with this Decree.

5. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
