About modification and amendments in some legal acts

Art. I. - Part (2) article 3 of the Law on identification documents of national passport system No. 273-XIII of November 9, 1994 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1995, No. 9, Art. 89), with subsequent changes, after words "it is issued to stateless persons", to add with the words "behind which the status of the stateless person is acknowledged, and also".

Art. II. Voided according to the Law of the Republic of Moldova of 03.11.2016 No. 244

Art. III. - In article 1 of the Law on nationality of the Republic of Moldova No. 1024-XIV of June 2, 2000 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release of December 9, 2005), with subsequent changes to state the concept "stateless person" of the following edition:

"the stateless person - person who is not considered by the citizen any state owing to its law;".

Art. IV. - In the Law on regime of foreigners in the Republic of Moldova No. 200 of July 16, 2010 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, No. 179-181, of the Art. 610), with subsequent changes, to make the following additions:

1. To add article 3 after the concept "foreigner" with the following concepts:

"the stateless person - person who is not considered by the citizen any state owing to its law;

the unaccompanied minor - the foreigner aged up to 18 years which arrives to the territory of the Republic of Moldova without the adult who is responsible for him according to the law or the legal act until he is really not given to care of such person; this concept designates also the minor who was left without maintenance after its arrival on the territory of the Republic of Moldova;".
