About the President of Turkmenistan

Election of the president of Turkmenistan is held according to the Constitution of Turkmenistan and the Electoral code of Turkmenistan.

Article 4. Inauguration of Turkmenistan

1. The president of Turkmenistan enters position from the moment of bringing of the oath by it.
