From the subitem "b" of Item 31 of the Regulations on procedure for carrying out the separate currency transactions connected with capital movement, the Board of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan approved by the resolution of January 29, 2005 N 599 (рег. N 1457 of March 18, 2005) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2005, N 10-11), word "passport of the import transaction", to exclude.
2. This resolution is approved with the State management committee state-owned property of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
3. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
