Declare invalid the resolution of Board of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 21, 2004 N 12/2 "About approval of the Regulations on exchange of information between Interbank credit bureau and commercial banks and procedure for provision of information on credit stories" (рег. N 1380 of July 1, 2004) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2004, N 26, the Art. 310).
2. This resolution is approved with Banking association of Uzbekistan.
3. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
