Due to the increase cost of soft drinks and beer grew in the republic of energy costs, and serious difficulties in their realization resulted. In view of seasonal nature of production and realization of soft drinks and beer and for the purpose of ensuring purchasing power of the population on these products, and also for the purpose of adaptation of the prices to the market, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:
1. Ceased to be valid.
2. With respect thereto to consider invalid the excise sizes on the soft drinks and beer established based on the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 319 of August 25, 1994 "About change of the sizes of excise on some products".
