1. Exclude the goods specified in appendix to this resolution from appendix No. 1 to the resolution of National Council of the Supreme Council of the Azerbaijan Republic of December 31, 1991 "About procedure for enforcement of the laws of the Azerbaijan Republic "About the value added tax" and "about excises" and from appendices No. 1 and No. 2 to the resolution of National Assembly of the Azerbaijan Republic of December 31, 1993 No. 550 "About change of rates of excise on some goods and application of excises to new products".
