G. of November 16, 2004 No. 16/151-82, for coordination and effective assistance to long-term and mutually beneficial cooperation of competent state bodies of the Republic of Belarus with the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), and also for the purpose of expansion of mutually beneficial cooperation, reduction of the right of the Republic of Belarus in the field of international trade in compliance with international standards, practical use of international experience of law-enforcement practice in the field of international trade, being guided by articles 14-16 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 9, 1998 "About economic courts in the Republic of Belarus" (Vedamasts, Natsyyanalnaga to descent Respubl, to, Belarus, 1999, № 2, of the Art. 32), the Plenum of Supreme Economic Court of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve Regulations on Coordination council on cooperation with the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL).
2. The coordination council on cooperation with the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) is created of representatives of republican state bodies of the Republic of Belarus and is effective in the following structure:
Supreme Economic Court of the Republic of Belarus;
Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus;
Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus;
Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus;
