In communication the current political and economic situation in the Kyrgyz Republic which developed during the April and June events of 2010 which negatively affected financial condition of commercial banks, and also being guided by article 31 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic" and articles 11 and 39-1 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About banks and banking activity in the Kyrgyz Republic", the Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in Item 1 of the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic of March 11, 2009 No. 12/6 "About the minimum size of the capital (own means) of banks", registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic on April 1, 2009, registration number 38-09, the following change:
- replace the words "October 1, 2010" on "on December 31, 2010".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the moment of its acceptance.
3. To management of methodology of supervision and licensing to bring this resolution to the attention of commercial banks.
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the acting as the vice-chairman of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic Myrzayev A. A.
