About attraction of the credits of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development for support of the small and medium companies
The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDE:
1. Accept the offer of the Ministry of Finance approved with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and another interested, about the conclusion of the credit agreement between the Republic of Belarus and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development for support of the small and medium companies.
Authorize the Deputy Minister of Finance Lisaya of N. K. on the signature of this agreement.
Consider National Bank by the authorized representative from the Belarusian side for practical implementation of the agreement. With respect thereto to the Ministry of Finance to sign the relevant agreement with National Bank.
2. Currency economically to management of National Bank to receive the consent of Priorbank, Belbusinessbank and Belarusbank to their participation in realization of credit line for support of the small and medium companies and to sign the relevant agreements, having provided in them terms for crediting these banks, not lgotny established by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
In process of implementation of the credit agreement the number of the banks participating in it can be specified taking into account conditions of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
3. Consider necessary carrying out by the Ministry of Finance and National Bank of extra work on attraction for support of the small and medium companies of free technical assistance of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
