About some questions of activities of Representative office of International Organization For Migration in the Republic of Belarus

For the purpose of realization of provisions of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and International Organization For Migration about cooperation of July 22, 1998:

1. Determine that since January 1, 2007 are not recognized the taxation objects on value added (further - tax) and turnovers on realization in the territory of the Republic of Belarus of goods (works, services) for official activities of Representative office of International Organization For Migration in the Republic of Belarus, and also provision in the territory of the Republic of Belarus of object of lease to this Representation for the specified purposes are not subject to taxation.

Release of turnovers on realization in the territory of the Republic of Belarus of goods (works, services) is made quarterly by return (compensation) from the budget to Representative office of International Organization For Migration in the Republic of Belarus of the amounts of the paid tax.

Turnovers on the sales of goods (works, services) specified in this Item are not subject to the taxation if the amount of transaction exceeds 500 euros at the rate of National Bank for date of its conclusion.

2. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus in two-month time to take measures for implementation of this Decree.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this Decree on the State Control Committee.

4. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
