About some questions of the conclusion of international treaties

For the purpose of ensuring implementation of the complex project according to the treatment of solid waste I decide:

1. Approve the enclosed projects as basis for negotiation:

Agreements on loan (the complex project according to the treatment of solid waste) between the Republic of Belarus and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development * (further - the Agreement on loan);

Agreements on grant of the Global Environment Facility (the complex project according to the treatment of solid waste) between the Republic of Belarus and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development operating as the Executive agency of the Global Environment Facility * (further - the Agreement on grant).

2. Authorize the Minister of housing and communal services Belokhvostov Vladimir Maksimovich on:

negotiation according to the draft agreement on loan, having permitted to make if necessary to it the changes and additions which do not have basic nature;

agreement signature about loan in case of achievement of arrangements within the approved project.

3. Authorize the Minister of natural resources and environmental protection of Tsalko Vladimir Grigoryevich on:

negotiation according to the draft agreement on grant, having permitted to make if necessary to it the changes and additions which do not have basic nature;

agreement signature about grant in case of achievement of arrangements within the approved project.

4. Determine that for the purpose of implementation of the Agreement on loan the republican affiliated investment and production unitary enterprise "BELKOMTEKHINVEST" (further - GP "BELKOMTEKHINVEST"):

holds in the procedure established by the Agreement on loan the auction on purchases of goods (works, services) for realization of the part of the complex project according to the treatment of solid waste (further - the project) financed within the Agreement on loan;
