1. Approve:
the list of projects (the main directions) planned for financing at the expense of means of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development according to appendix 1;
the working plan of preparation and implementation of the investment projects and projects of technical assistance planned to financing by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development according to appendix 2 *).

2. To the ministries and departments to prepare according to established procedure necessary technical and economic documentation on receipt of the credits of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, to provide it for examination to Gosekonomplan, the Ministry of Finance, National Bank of the Republic of Belarus, the State committee on external commercial relations for the subsequent approval of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus by the Currency and credit commission. By preparation of the specified documentation to consider the requirements and standards accepted in the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, paying at the same time attention to respect for comparability of calculations of currency payback of borrowed funds.
In ten-day time after approval of documentation by the Currency and credit commission of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus to provide to administration of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus preparation and the direction in the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, other international financial credit institutions of documents on government guarantees of repayment of the credits of these organizations.
