About further formation of foreign policy activities of the Republic of Belarus
For the purpose of creation of optimal conditions for expansion of foreign policy activities of the Republic of Belarus, further formation of the republican diplomatic service Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Accept the offer of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on opening in the current year of diplomatic representations and consular establishments of the Republic of Belarus in the Russian Federation, in Ukraine, in the Federal Republic of Germany, the Republic of Austria, the French Republic, the Kingdom of Belgium, the Republic of Italy, the Swiss Confederation, the Kingdom of Sweden, People's Republic of China, the Republic of India, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Republic of Latvia, the Republic of Lithuania.
2. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in coordination with the Ministry of Finance to two weeks to provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus offers:
about the number of employees of the diplomatic representations and consular establishments specified in Item 1 of this resolution, expense rates their content and allocation on these purposes of the appropriate currency means;
about allocation from the State currency fund of the Republic of Belarus of means for payment of fees in budgets of the UN and other international organizations, financing of official journeys abroad through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
3. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to introduce in coordination with the Ministry of Finance in Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus offers on the number of employees of central office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in a month.
Compensation of leading employees and specialists of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is performed according to the table 1 of appendix 11 to the resolution of the State committee on work and social protection of the population of February 29, 1992 N 9.
