in the Consular charter of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the above-named Decree:
add with Item 24-1 of the following content:
"24-1. The consul renders assistance to the citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan who are in the territory of the consular district for the purpose of protection and providing their rights and interests according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.";
add with Chapter 12-1 of the following content: "Chapter 12-1. Functions of the consul on rendering assistance to citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan in realization of their voting rights
42-1. The consul renders assistance to citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan in realization of their voting rights, respect for the principles of the voting right established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
If in case of elections of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the deputies of the Majilis of Parliament elected according to party lists, and republican referendum in foreign institution the polling precinct is formed, the Consul officially informs on it authorities of the state of stay.";
