About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning protection of the population and information space against negative impact

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

І. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1. Part one of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About advertizing" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2004, No. 8, Art. 62; 2008, No. 18, Art. 197; 2010, 34, the Art. 486) to add No. with the paragraph the fourteenth such content:

"extend advertizing of services in guessing".

2. Part the second article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "About television and broadcasting" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2006, 18, the Art. 155) after the paragraph of the sixth to add No. with the new paragraph of such content:

"broadcasts of programs and transfers in which services in guessing, and also paid services in the field of traditional and/or nonconventional medicine are rendered to TV viewers and/or radio listeners".

With respect thereto paragraphs of the seventh - to consider the eleventh respectively paragraphs the eighth - the twelfth.

ІІ. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective in the 10th days from the date of its publication.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in two-month time from the date of entry into force of this Law:

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

consider question concerning feasibility of stay in the Qualifier of professions of recreation center 003: 2010 such types of professions: 5151 Astrologers and fortunetellers; 5152 - Fortunetellers and chiromantists;

provide reduction by the ministries both with others central and local executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
