About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning enhancement of the legislation in the field of television and broadcasting

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About radio-frequency resource of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2004, No. 48, Art. 526; 2006, No. 18, Art. 155):

Item 4 of Article 24 to state 1) in such edition:

"4) orders development of conclusions concerning opportunity and conditions of use of radio-frequency resource of Ukraine for requirements of TV and radio broadcasting";

Part the sixth Article 41 to state 2) in such edition:

"6. Conclusion concerning opportunity and conditions of use of radio-frequency resource of Ukraine for requirements of TV and radio broadcasting is provided by request of National council of Ukraine concerning television and broadcasting";

Part third of Article 50 to state 3) in such edition:

"3. The national council of Ukraine concerning television and broadcasting orders UGTsR development of conclusions concerning opportunity and conditions of use of radio-frequency resource of Ukraine for requirements of TV and radio broadcasting".

2. In the Law of Ukraine "About National council of Ukraine concerning television and broadcasting" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2005, No. 16, Art. 265; 2006, No. 18, Art. 155):

The paragraph of the seventh Article 15 to state 1) in such edition:

"the order of development of conclusions concerning opportunity and conditions of use of radio-frequency resource of Ukraine for requirements of TV and radio broadcasting";
