About approval of Changes to some orders of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine

According to Articles 6, 10 Laws of Ukraine "About access to public information", article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "About information", article 24 of the Law of Ukraine "About state registration of acts civil condition", subitem 5-1 of Item 7 of the Procedure for maintaining the State register of acts of civil status of citizens approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 22.08.2007 No. 1064 (with changes), and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Justice in compliance with requirements of the current legislation ORDER:

1. Approve Changes to some orders of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine which are attached.

2. (Zerkal O. V.) to submit to department of interaction with authorities this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 03.10.92 No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies" (with changes).

3. To the chairman of the Public registration service (Efimenko L. V.) bring this order to permission of Head department of justice of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, head departments of justice in areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol.
