About modification of some regulatory legal acts of Fund of obligatory national social insurance of Ukraine on unemployment case
According to article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national social insurance on unemployment case", Item 14 of the Fund charter of the obligatory national social insurance of Ukraine on case of unemployment approved by the resolution of board of Fund of obligatory national social insurance of Ukraine on unemployment case of 14.10.2010 No. 204 (further - Fund), and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of board of Fund to requirements of the legislation board of the DECIDES: Fund
1. In paragraphs one of subitems 1 and 2 of Item 3 of the Procedure for carrying out debt write-off on payment of insurance premiums for obligatory national social insurance on case of unemployment which remained outstanding in connection with refusal in its collection by a court decision, of the board of Fund approved by the resolution of 18.07.2007 No. 452, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 08.08.2007 for word No. 918/14185, "Crimean republican" shall be replaced with words "jobcenter of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea".
2. Actually ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Board of fund of obligatory national social insurance of Ukraine on unemployment case of 25.02.2015 No. 55.
3. According to the procedure of financing of expenses of the employer on compensation of workers whom for the purpose of prevention of release are temporarily translated in their consent to other work (up to 6 months within year) on condition of preserving behind them principle place of employment, approved by the resolution of board to Fund of 29.01.2009 No. 94, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 17.03.2009 for No. 244/16260,:
