About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine

According to Articles 7, of 15, of 55, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine" and Articles 4, of 30, of 35, of 47, of 50, of 52, 66 Laws of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of increase in efficiency and ensuring stable activities of banks of Ukraine in Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Approve Changes in the Instruction about procedure for regulation of activities of banks in Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 28.08.2001 No. 368, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 26.09.2001 for No. 841/6032 (with changes) (further - Changes) which are applied.

2. For the period till 01.07.2012 to permit banks of Ukraine to include in fixed capital the paid, but not registered fees in the authorized capital which are considered according to the balance sheet account 3630 "Fees on the Unregistered Authorized Capital".

3. Requirements of subitem 6.1 of Item 6 of Changes do not extend to the credit agreements signed before entry into force of this subitem and to which after entry into force of this subitem did not make change concerning increase in terms and/or the amounts.
