About approval of Changes to the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 21.08.98 No. 622

According to the Laws of Ukraine "About personal data protection", "About access to public information", "About militia", the Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 06.04.2011 No. 383, the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 12.10.92 No. 576 "About approval of the Regulations on authorization system" and for the purpose of reduction of the regulatory legal act of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in compliance with the legislation I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 21.08.98 No. 622 "About approval of the Instruction about the procedure for production, acquisition, storage, accounting, transportation and use of fire, pneumatic and cold weapon, devices of national production for shooting of cartridges equipped with throwing shells of nonlethal action, rubber or similar on the properties, and the specified cartridges, and also ammunition to weapon and explosive materials", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 07.10.98 for No. 637/3077 (further - the Order), such changes:

1.1. In preamble of the word and figures "The regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 17, 2000 No. 1138 "About Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words also in figures of "The regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 06.04.2011 No. 383".

1.2. To add Item 1 after words of "cold weapon" with words "the devices of national production for shooting of cartridges equipped with throwing shells of nonlethal action, rubber or similar on the properties, and the specified cartridges".

1.3. In the text to replace abbreviation of "DGB" with abbreviation of "DPP".

3. To chiefs of head departments, Departments of MIA of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol, on the railroads to organize studying of requirements of this order by employees of subordinate bodies and divisions.

4. To provide to department of prevention of offenses (Petrovsky V.V.) provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

1. General provisions

1.1.
