Approve the Procedure for submission of the message on products which are not meeting the general requirement concerning safety of products, to bodies of the state market supervision which is applied.

1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of representation by subjects of managing of the message on products which do not meet the general requirement concerning safety of products, to bodies of the state market supervision and cases when such message does not move.
2. If producers or distributors of products knew or it shall be known based on information which is available for them that products which they entered into the address / distributed, represents risks for consumers (users), incompatible with the general requirement concerning safety of products, they shall report within two working days about it to relevant organ of the state market supervision, including about the taken measures for safety of such products, for form according to appendix.

3. If products specified in Item 2 of this Procedure represent serious risk, in such message are also specified:
1) data which give the chance to identify the corresponding products or lot of products, including product name, batch number or serial numbers (in the presence);
2) complete description of serious risk which is represented by the corresponding products;
