About approval of the Procedure of the state control of non-food products

1. Approve the Procedure of the state control of non-food products which is applied.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.

1. This Procedure determines the procedure of implementation by customs authorities of the state control of non-food products (goods) (further - control of products) for the purpose of ensuring compliance of non-food products (goods) (further - products) which are imported on customs area of Ukraine, to the requirements established by technical regulations and non-admissions of import to customs area of Ukraine of products which represents serious risk to public concerns.
2. In this Procedure the terms "control of products", "inadequate application of the National mark of conformity", "body of market supervision" are used in the value given in the Law of Ukraine "About the state market supervision and control of non-food products", the term "serious risk" is used in the value given in the Law of Ukraine "About general safety of non-food products".
