About approval of the Regulations on classification of transport incidents on the railroads of Ukraine
According to subitem 4.4.12 of subitem 4.4 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 12.05.2011 No. 581, and for the purpose of ensuring safe functioning of rail transport of Ukraine, improvements of accounting of transport incidents and procedure for their investigation I ORDER:
1. Approve Regulations on classification of transport incidents on the railroads of Ukraine which are applied.
2. Public administration of rail transport of Ukraine:
2.1. Provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
2.2. Bring this order to permission of employees of the companies and organizations which work is directly connected with train service and shunting work on the ways public of the railroads of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister - the chief of staff of Korniyenko V. V.
