About reorganization of Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of optimization financial and material logistics of activities of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Office of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic and Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic I decide:

1. Reorganize Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic by accession of Department to it on servicing of the Government house of the Kyrgyz Republic under Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic in the procedure established by the legislation.

2. To transfer to Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- the state companies and organization subordinated to Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic specified in appendix to this Decree in maintaining Fund for management of state-owned property under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- Public institution "Osh special hospital under Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic" to the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- Public institution "Day Nursery Gardens No. 172 of Argen of Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic preschool institution in conducting Administration of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- Public institution "Zvezdochka kindergarten No. 27 of Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic" in maintaining public administration of the Issyk kul district of the Issyk kul region of the Kyrgyz Republic.
