About establishment of rate of seasonal (export) customs duty on the fertilizers which are exported from the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of removal of intensity on providing agricultural producers with fertilizers, according to article 9 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About customs tariff of the Kyrgyz Republic", Item 1 of article XI of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade of October 30, 1947 (GATT) the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides increases in productivity and export of crops:

1. Establish from February 15 to August 15, 2012 rate of seasonal (export) customs duty on the fertilizers classified by the Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity code 3101 00 000 0 - 3105, in the amount of 14 som for 1 kg.

3. To the State Customs Service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, Public service of financial police under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, to Border troops of the State committee of homeland security of the Kyrgyz Republic to take the necessary measures directed to suppression of illicit export (export) of the goods specified in Item 1 of this resolution.

4. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the established procedure to notify Integration Committee of Eurasian economic community and Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States on adoption of this resolution.

5. To the Ministry of Economy and Antimonopoly Policy of the Kyrgyz Republic to notify in accordance with the established procedure Committee on protective measures of the World Trade Organization on adoption of this resolution.

6. This resolution becomes effective since February 15, 2012.

7. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of economy and investments of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
