About approval of the State sanitary standards and the rules "Companies and Organizations of the Printing Industry"

According to article 22 of the Law of Ukraine "About ensuring sanitary and epidemic wellbeing of the population", the subitem 7 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 13.04.2011 No. 467, I ORDER:

1. Approve the State sanitary standards and the rules "Companies and Organizations of the Printing Industry" which are attached.

2. To management of public health and sanitary and epidemic wellbeing of the population:

2.1. Provide provision in accordance with the established procedure of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

2.2. Bring this order to permission of heads of the ministries, other central executive bodies, Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations, organizations and institutions of the public sanitarnoepidemiologichesky service, the public scientific institutions of sanitarnoepidemiologichesky profile for management in work and ensuring accomplishment within competence.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister Moiseenko R. O.
