considering that strengthening of friendly bonds, alliance and partnership between two countries is equitable to radical interests of the people of Kyrgyzstan and Russia, corresponds to the solution of tasks of harmonious development of the international community and construction of multipolar and democratic model of world order,

confirming the commitment to the purposes and the principles of Articles of organization of the United Nations, the Helsinki Final act and other documents of Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, to the universally recognized norms of international law, and also international standards in the field of human rights,

realizing need of effective realization of potential of integration cooperation within the Commonwealth of Independent States and the performed determination to observe the obligations following from participation of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Federation in the Commonwealth, the Customs union and the Agreement on collective security of May 15, 1992.
