1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for provision of data and documents concerning real estate, the rights to it and transactions with it the organizations for state registration of real estate, the rights to it and transactions with it approved by the resolution of Committee on land resources, geodesy and cartography under Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 24, 2005 No. 4 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2005, No. 26, 8/12130; 2011, No. 143, 8/24517), following amendment and change:
1.1. the second item 4 after the paragraph of third to add part with the paragraph of the following content:
"purpose of provision of information.";
1.2. the fifth to state the paragraph to part two of Item 8 in the following edition:
"to the lawyer due to the need of creation of documents of legal nature by preparation for legal proceedings in case of the presentation personally certificates of the lawyer and the power of attorney which is drawn up according to the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, or the order.".
