"1. This technical regulation extends on:
completed by construction (built, reconstructed, with complete capital repairs, restored, well-planned) and the buildings put into operation and constructions of I and II levels of responsibility (further - constructions if other is not provided) on blueprint stage, constructions, operation and demolition irrespective of pattern of ownership and departmental accessory;
the released project documentation on construction, reconstruction, restoration, capital repairs, improvement of objects (further if other is not provided, - the project documentation) irrespective of country of source;
the released construction materials and products (irrespective of country of source), works in construction, subject to confirmation compliance to essential safety requirements of the technical regulation of the Republic of Belarus "Buildings and constructions, construction materials and products. Safety" (TP 2009/013/BY), according to appendix.";
