About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 5, 2010 No. 129

For the purpose of support of agricultural producers and considering proposals of producers of fuels and lubricants on possibility of decrease for carrying out spring and field works in March - June, 2012 for agricultural producers of the prices of fuels and lubricants to the level of 70 percent of the price which developed for December 31, 2011, the Government of the Russian Federation decides:

Bring in the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 5, 2010 N 129 "About agreements between executive bodies of the government, local government bodies and business entities on decrease or maintenance of the prices of separate types of the fuels and lubricants realized to agricultural producers" (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, N 10, Art. 1104; 2011, N 8, Art. 1112) following changes:

a) in preamble of the word "in 2011" shall be replaced with words "in 2012";

b) in Item 3:

"till December 31, 2011" shall be replaced with words words "till June 30, 2012";

state paragraph two in the following edition:

"The specified prices are established at a discount 30 percent from the wholesale price which developed for December 31, 2011 in subject of the Russian Federation in which agricultural producers perform the activities, but it is not lower than the level of cost of production and realization of fuels and lubricants.";

c) in Item 7 of the word "till January 1, 2012" shall be replaced with words "till July 1, 2012".
