Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the acts of the Government of the Russian Federation governing the relations in the field of communication.

1. In Rules of the organization and work on obligatory confirmation of conformity of the means of communication approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 13, 2005 N 214 (The Russian Federation Code, 2005, N 16, Art. 1463; 2008, N 42, Art. 4832):
a) in the text of Rules of the word "The Federal Service on Supervision in the field of Communication and Mass Communications" in the corresponding case shall be replaced with words "Federal Service for Supervision in the Sphere of Telecom, Information Technologies and Mass Communications" in the corresponding case;
b) to add paragraph two of Item 2 with words "means of communication to the established requirements (further - the declaration of conformity)";
c) in Item 6:
the fourth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"issues to the customs applicant the registered declaration of conformity;";
to state paragraphs of the sixth and seventh in the following edition:
