About modification of basic provisions of forming and state regulation of gas prices and rates for services in its transportation in the territory of the Russian Federation
For the purpose of realization of pilot projects on use of technologies of liquefaction of natural gas for intensification of implementation of gasification of the territories of the Russian Federation the Government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to Basic provisions of forming and state regulation of gas prices and rates for the services in its transportation in the territory of the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 29, 2000 N 1021 (The Russian Federation Code, 2001, N 2, by Art. 175; 2002, N 21, Art. 2001; 2006, N 50, Art. 5354; 2007, N 23, Art. 2798; 2008, N 50, Art. 5971; 2009, N 5, Art. 618; N 30, of Art. 3842; 2010, N 49, Art. 6520; 2011, N 8, Art. 1109; N 35, of the Art. 5078).
2. To provide to Federal Tariff Service in coordination with the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation in the IV quarter 2013 to the Government of the Russian Federation the offers on enhancement of regulatory legal acts in the field of price regulation and rates for gas prepared based on the analysis of realization of pilot projects on use of technologies of liquefaction of natural gas when implementing gasification of the territories of the Russian Federation.
