In the list of materials for production of medical immunobiological supplies for diagnosis, prevention and (or) treatment of infectious diseases which import to customs area of the Russian Federation is not subject to taxation on value added, No. 283 approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 29, 2002 (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, No. 18, of Art. 1770; 2004, No. 38, Art. 3802; 2005, No. 26, Art. 2654; 2007, No. 1, Art. 290):
