About introduction of amendments to the Resolution of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation of October 24, 2006 No. 18 "About some questions arising at courts in case of application of the special part of the Russian Federation Code of Administrative Offences"

Due to the change of the current legislation the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation decides to make corresponding changes to the resolution of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation of October 24, 2006 N 18 (with the changes made by the resolution of the Plenum of November 11, 2008 N 23), the concerning applications of Chapter 12 of the Special part of the Russian Federation Code of Administrative Offences.

1. In Item 1 of the resolution:

a) add with the paragraph the second the following content:

"In case of fixing of administrative offense in the field of traffic the special technical means working in the automatic mode having functions photo and filmings, videos or means photo and filmings, videos, the subject of such offense is the owner (owner) of the vehicle irrespective of, it is the physical or legal entity (part 1 of article 2.6.1 Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offences).";

b) consider paragraph two the paragraph third.
