2) Item 8 of Changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 19, 1996 No. 71 "About modification and amendments and recognition voided some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan in connection with adoption of the Civil code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (general part)" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 1996, No. 6, the Art. 26).
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
