Bring in the Procedure for production according to statements and representations concerning citizenship of Ukraine and accomplishment of the made decisions, No. 215 approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of March 27, 2001 (in edition of the Decree of June 27, 2006 No. 588), such changes:
Item 114 to state 1) in such edition:
"114. The decision of the President of Ukraine on acceptance of person to citizenship of Ukraine or the termination of citizenship of Ukraine is sent to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and Central Election Commission";
Item 115 to add 2) with the paragraph of such content:
"The Central Election Commission uses the decisions of the President of Ukraine on acceptance of person sent it in citizenship of Ukraine or the termination of citizenship of Ukraine within the powers determined by the Law of Ukraine "About the State register of voters".
2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its publication.
