About approval of Changes in the Instruction on the organization of activities of control rooms of bodies and divisions of internal affairs of Ukraine directed to protection of interests of the society and state against illegal encroachments approved by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 28.04.2009 No. 181

According to the Law of Ukraine "About militia" and for the purpose of reduction of normative legal acts of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in compliance with requirements of the current legislation I ORDER:

1. Approve Changes in the Instruction on the organization of activities of control rooms of bodies and divisions of internal affairs of Ukraine directed to the protection of interests of society and state against illegal encroachments approved by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of 28.04.2009 No. 181 (with changes), registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 20.08.2009 for No. 786/16802 (further - the Instruction) which are applied.

2. To chiefs of head departments, Departments of MIA of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol, on transport to organize studying with staff of bodies and divisions of internal affairs of Changes in the Instruction in a month.

3. To general staff of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (Lazarev A. A.) in five-day time after signing of the order to provide its submission on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. To impose control over the implementation of the order on the first deputy and deputy ministers according to distribution of functional obligations.

5. Announce this order to staff of bodies and divisions of internal affairs of Ukraine.

6. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
